Daylight Eludes Us
It will not stop raining. It's been following us since Oklahoma. As of now we are in Nashville, TN at a place called The Muse waiting for a pizza delivery before the show starts. Last night in Little Rock we met a blues-playing, yodeling hippie named Paul Morphis. He talked a lot about nature and being inspired by the universe. And he sang really well. I also met a homeless guy out front named Two-Piece who tried to sell me muscle relaxers to "feed his family." Sorry man, I don't buy pills, and especially not from homeless guys. There are people showing up. That's good. And the owner of the venue, Logan, is super cool. It got dark here at like 5:00. We cross the time-zone tomorrow on the way to Kingsport. Losing an hour sucks.
