your songs are beautiful, ryan. the two new ones remind me a little of a conversation that i had with a friend yesterday. she moved here recently and was talking about her excitement of going home to Minnesota for the holidays. and i was thinking, "yeah, i'm homesick too." but "home" is just two miles down the road from where i live now. i know i'm not the only one who feels homesick for a place that doesn't exists. Or maybe i'm homesick for a place that i've not yet been.
