update

i have a "fu manchu" moustache. i thought it was a "handle bar" - which is what logan has - but my dad said it was a "fu manchu." turns out he's right; father knows best. if you're confused about your moustache type you can go here. sorry i don't have a good photo for you.

i bought the beatles' sgt. pepper's lonely hearts club band and red house painters' songs for a blue guitar last night. i'm trying to listen to mostly classic stuff only in my car. pearce helped me out with some zeppelin, dylan, and van morrison.

i am unemployed. i actually have been for quite some time now. months really. from student teaching, to painting my parents' house, to being on tour, to now. i have no job. it looks like i may be able to get some work from terry popham and john bott from church since they've recently bought a house that needs a lot of work. i guess there's always substituting too. that really doesn't appeal to me at all right now for some reason. maybe by the time school starts it will.

i'm sure there's other more important stuff. but this is a blog. not my diary. not that i have one. i used to keep a journal but it's been a long time since i've used one of those.
