if you're anything like me you wonder why things like this even happen. and i guess we could spend lifetimes searching for the answers to these questions. but the fact is that we'll never really understand. this side of eternity anyway. and really, that's not our job - to understand the mystery of suffering and tragedy. i submit to you that rather than be mad at God or depressed into inaction, we do something. pray or give some of that Christmas money away or something. here is a good place to start.
