i shaved today and, therefore, look about 5 years younger. it's weird.

my room is clean and my laundry is no longer overflowing. it was starting to look like the talking trash heap from fraggle rock.

i used some of my gift card at target today and got some lip balm, hot tamales (the candy), and dr. pepper. yes!

last night, some of us watched strictly ballroom at the brown house. wow. cheesy, campy, and full of dancing. it was funny, but dudes beware.

some of us have scheduled a week long retreat in april to the abbey of gethsemani. this is where thomas merton lived. i'll get to stay in the south wing of the monastery.

i'm actually making progress in the books i'm reading right now. instead of just thinking they look cool and only reading about the first 20 pages or so.
