So yeah, uh, inclement weather turns me into a good-for-nothing movie junkie.

Also, I had more icey adventures. This one's a bit better... Nathan, Logan, Jacob Chaney and I went down to the entrance to High Pointe late this afternoon. On the side of 1382 there is a big wall with a concave trough running along the top of it and then down about a 45 degree angle into a drain. So we had a de-wheeled skateboard and we were using it as a bobsled, trying to avoid hitting our bottoms on the drain at the end. That was fun for a while but Nathan dropped the skateboard down the drain and we could see it but we couldn't reach it. So Jacob and I went further up 1382 to a big drain that we crawled in and began walking down the drain back towards the fallen skateboard underground. It was pitch black and wet and the only light we had was the screen of Jacob's cell phone. Also, Logan and Nathan, the pansies who wouldn't go with us, kept talking into the drain about the clown from Stephen King's "IT". So we finally got there and I had to crawl up into another drainage tunnel that I just fit in and I inch my way up to where the skateboard had fallen. Fun times. I felt like I was in the Goonies. What a silly life I lead...crawling through drainage tunnels to rescue a now worthless skateboard. Tomorrow, it's back to reality.
